Monday Made It: Writer's Workshop Folder and Fonts

Good afternoon everybody!

I'm teaming up with 4th Grade Frolics for Monday Made It!

Friday started my beautiful Spring Break! Last week my students worked on a few writing assignments. In my classroom I have Writer's Workshop Folders that the students use when they are writing. The folder included miscellaneous handouts to aid in the writing process. As the students were using the folder, I realized I want to create my own handouts to go inside the folder and organize everything to my liking. So, that is what I have been working on the last few days.

Monday Made It: Magnets, Teacher Stool, Book Study, and more!

1 week until the kids come back to school! EEEK!!!

I took the fabulous advice from another blogger, (I can't remember who it was) and I made this super cute Contact Information Magnet for parents to keep on their fridge! I'll be handing this out on Gator Meet and Greet the Sunday before the kids come back to school!

A sweet friend of mine, Sarah, gave me her old stool that she used in her classroom. I painted it black with white polka dots to match my classroom! 

Finished my last book study last night: Who Were the Wright Brothers?! It will be taught alongside Who Was Albert Einstein? This is a great mini-novel to teach the students about inventions! I also made this super cute "Meet Mrs. B" collage! It's hanging in my room above my mini-fridge. I just adore it!
