Tutoring Permission Slip
This Tutoring Permission Slip can be used for any subject or grade. It is for private tutoring. Just fill in the blanks for Teacher, Cost of your tutoring, and time. The parent/student will fill out the rest!
Team Jobs Poster
The jobs included in this poster are:
1) Task Master- Keeps the team on task and uses appropriate corrective comments such as "Please stop fooling around." Also keeps track of the time left for an assignment or structure.
2) Materials Monitor- Makes sure all materials are returned; if a material is missing or breaks, the Materials Monitor should notify the teacher.
3) Paper Collector- Collects the team's papers to be turned in.
4) Quiet Captain- Keeps the team quiet when the teacher needs to talk by asking in a whisper to be quiet or showing with a hand signal; tells the group when to lower voices.
